Description


This doll represents a young maiden with traditional hair style and squash blossom necklace. The blue beads represent the famous turquoise necklace with coral and shell beads at the bottom.

She is carrying a water jar pottery. The red and blue-green lines in her dress symbolize the earth and the sky.

This doll is a contemporary production which purpose is to show the traditional costumes of the young girls during ceremonial of women dances.
